Welcome to my new blog!  I have moved from www.carswell-nicholsherefords.blogspot to here so if you followed me before I will no longer be posting there, only here.

To start from the beginning, I am a farmer from Kansas and Mom of 4 (soon to be 5) kids ages 9, 7, 5 and 3.  Neither my husband or myself work off the farm so we live off what we produce and sell.  My goal for this blog is to let everyone know what goes on at a Kansas farm, how we feed the world and raise a family midwestern style!
